Danielle Mier is the paralegal at our firm who deals with Medicaid planning, VA benefits, Trust Litigation, Probate Estates, Conservator and Guardianships, and Estate Planning cases. With close attention to detail, Danielle ensures that every Medicaid and VA application have all of the required elements.
She works closely with clients to accomplish a speedy approval for benefits. The processes of Medicaid planning, VA benefits, and Estate Planning often complement each other, so Danielle works diligently on all of these areas to guarantee the best possible outcome for our clients.
Danielle combines her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Davenport University with several years of experience working in Elder Law matters. In addition to her important role on our team, she is an active member of the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan. Not only was she the featured speaker at their Mardi Gras Ball in 2014, but she continues to participate in the annual Kidney Walk. Danielle is also an active member on the Council on Aging and Caregivers Resource Network, which relates directly back to her passion of Elder Law.
Danielle has expressed that she enjoys working in the elder law area of her field because she feels that she can make a true difference in peoples’ lives. She takes pride in helping clients to understand what is going on and helping them through what may be a difficult time. Knowing that she is giving people peace of mind to know that their issues will be handled compassionately and quickly is what inspires her to do her work.
